For therapists Manually taking notes for every session and tracking a client's progress over time using traditional methods (like diaries or spreadsheets) is difficult and inefficient. Traditional therapy materials, like static PDFs and paper handouts, often feel impersonal and are not very engaging, especially for newcomers seeking help.

My Takeaways

My Takeaways
Learned to translate dense, static content (PDFs, audios) into engaging,
interactive digital exercises.
Solved real-world therapist workflows by digitizing manual tasks like progress
tracking (which was done on Excel/diaries).
Gained experience designing a single app with two distinct, secure
interfaces for a dual-audience system (Therapist and Client).
