This publication design translates the cinematic world of the Malayalam film
'Kumbalangi Nights' into a tangible print experience. The book captures the film's
unique visual language and collection of dialogues, quotes, characters and some
visual metaphors, allowing the reader to feel the overall mood of the film.

Follows the emotional journey of the characters from isolation to connection.
It opens with stark minimalism, a simple line drawn house and vast negative
space to evoke the brothers empty, dysfunctional "house".

A Heart in Transition
Kumbalangi Nights' is more a feeling than a film. This publication is an attempt to capture that feeling. Designed as a visual companion, this book uses typography and imagery to translate the film's soulful narrative, authentic characters, and scenic beauty into a print format.
